Do You Qualify?
Microsoft nonprofit licensing requires meeting the following criteria:
- ✓Recognized as a nonprofit or nongovernmental organization
- ✓Has a charitable mission (not religious, political, or discriminatory)
- ✓Registered with TechSoup (or local equivalent)
- ✓Does not distribute profits to individuals
- ✓Does not limit membership based on race, religion, gender, etc.
- ✓Is a 501(c)(3) or equivalent tax-exempt organization

How long does the eligibility process take?
